Open the Noraze feedback and support form, hosted by Tally. Choose a product and feedback type, describe your question or suggestion, and optionally leave an email address if you want a reply. You can submit without a purchase or account.

We read voluntary feedback to prioritize fixes and improvements. We may reply for clarification, but cannot promise that every suggestion will be implemented. Please do not send passwords, payment details, private files, or other sensitive information.

The Quiet Below: saves and controls

The Quiet Below is playable on the web. Its free iPhone and iPad App Store listing is live; Steam wishlisting is open, with no public Mac game download yet.

Progress is saved locally in the browser or app where you play. It does not sync between devices, stores or websites. Saves on the older private Site do not move automatically to noraze.com. Clearing site data or removing the app can remove local progress.

If a save or control is not working, include the edition, device, browser if applicable, and room in your support request.

Existing developer source-kit customers

New source-kit sales are paused. Existing source-kit purchases and download access are managed on itch.io; this site has no checkout or account recovery flow. Existing customers' license and support terms continue to apply.
